What happens if the goods Bunchy.co.uk sends me are faulty?

Who pays for the postage if I want to return something?

If the goods are faulty, we'll refund the cost of postage to you. If you're returning something because you don't like it, then you'll need to cover the cost of postage yourself. |

What do I do if an item I've bought from Bunchy.co.uk fails once I start using it?

Everything we stock is from official companies and is covered by a standard manufacturer's warranty. If an item you have bought from us fails prematurely during normal use, call us or email us on sales@bunchy.co.uk. We may need to send the item back to the manufacturer to be inspected, but we'll let you know as soon as possible what steps we'll be taking to sort the problem out. |

How will my order be delivered?

We use Business Post Home Service and Royal Mail Packet Post. If you live on the UK mainland and you've selected Priority Delivery, most orders will be delivered the next working day. For delivery addresses in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands and Islands, we may need to use Business Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery and delivery time may be slightly longer. |

Is everything on the Bunchy.co.uk website always in stock?

You can see straight away if the item you want is in stock – if our website says 'Item normally despatched within 24 hours' then it means that we've got it in stock. If an item has 'Item normally despatched within 2-3 working days', then the item may be out of stock, but will be back in stock very quickly. If it is going to take longer than 5 days to despatch the item, we'll email you to let you know. |

Where does Bunchy.co.uk ship to?

We'll ship to anywhere on the UK mainland, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. We can't deliver to Eire or the Channel Islands. |
