If you're not in such a rush for your order, we can deliver it for free – it will usually take 2 – 5 days longer than if you use Priority Delivery.
If you're ordering a bike, however, the Free Delivery option is not available.
You'll need to select ‘Free Delivery' when you get to the checkout, otherwise our system defaults to Priority Delivery at £3.99.
If you need your order quickly, we recommend that you use Priority Delivery – your order will be despatched quicker and will be given priority over free delivery orders.
When you select the Free Delivery option, if any items in your order are out of stock, we'll wait for 5 days before despatching your full order. If the out of stock items are still not available after 5 days, we'll despatch everything else and send the other items when we have them at no additional delivery charge.
If you select the Free Delivery option, it is possible that while waiting for some items to come into stock, we may sell out of other items in your order, as Priority Delivery customers are always given priority.
If you want to guarantee that you don't lose out, you should always choose Priority Delivery!
